2017 Preservation Achievement Awards

Levine & Company was a member of the project team that designed and executed the recently completed multi-phase restoration of the M. Carey Thomas Library at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, PA.  The project was selected for a Preservation Achievement Award presented by The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia at their 24th annual awards ceremony on June 7, 2017.

Levine & Company designed new liquid-applied membrane roofing systems for the building’s numerous low-slope roofs, as well as a new slate roof for the Great Hall.

2016 RCI Document Competition – Small Projects

Levine & Company was awarded Third Place for Roof Replacement at Sanders Laboratory of Physics at Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York.  The award was presented by RCI, Inc. (The Institute of Roofing, Waterproofing, & Building Envelope Professionals), in Orlando, Florida, at their 31st International Convention and Trade Show, March 2016.

Levine & Company was awarded First Place for Roof Replacement at Cornell University’s McGraw Hall in Ithaca, New York.  The award was presented by RCI, Inc. (The Institute of Roofing, Waterproofing, & Building Envelope Professionals), in San Antonio, Texas, at their 30th International Convention and Trade Show, March 2015.

Levine & Company was awarded First Place for Roofing Condition Assessment Report for the Bradford County Courthouse in Towanda, Pennsylvania.  The award was presented by RCI, Inc. (The Institute of Roofing, Waterproofing, & Building Envelope Professionals), in San Antonio, Texas, at their 30th International Convention and Trade Show, March 2015.

Levine & Company was a member of the project team that designed and executed the recently completed multi-phase restoration of the Rodin Museum and Garden in Philadelphia, PA.  The project was selected for a Preservation Achievement Award presented by The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia at their 20th Annual Awards Luncheon on May 15, 2013.

Levine & Company designed a new liquid-applied membrane waterproofing system for the roof of the Museum.

Levine & Company was honored as a member of the team responsible for the recent restoration project of the Lady Chapel of St. Mark’s Church in Philadelphia, PA.  The Preservation Achievement Award was presented by The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia at their 20th Annual Awards Luncheon on May 15, 2013.

Levine & Company designed a new standing seam copper roof and flat seam copper gutter system for the Lady Chapel.
